2. Information we collect
Through the contact form you may provide your name, business email, country, phone number, organisation, website, service interest, and message. We also store the IP address used for the submission, the site language, and timestamps. If you complete step 1 of the form but do not finish step 2, we may keep that draft and notify our team after one hour so we can follow up.
We may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and security logs. When recruitment or service delivery requires additional information, we explain what is needed at the point of collection.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and improve services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and send relevant updates where permitted. Contact submissions and incomplete drafts are emailed to our team using Google Workspace SMTP. Consultation bookings use Google Calendar. We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis.

Form submissions are stored by BlueShores and delivered to our mailbox through Google Workspace SMTP (Google LLC). Personal data: the form fields you submit, IP address, and related metadata.
Google Calendar
The consultation page links to Google Calendar so you can book a call. Booking data is processed by Google under its own terms.
Google Tag Manager (Google LLC)

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)
When you allow Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures website use. IP addresses are used at collection time and then discarded before storage. This website does not use Google reCAPTCHA.
