The company was founded by Gerard Bossenbroek and Sygrex Deiparine. Gerard struggled to find the right people for his projects in the Netherlands, while Sygrex knew that there was a wealth of talented IT professionals available in the Philippines.

BlueShores aims to make a positive impact in the Philippines by providing good labor conditions, fair salaries, and contributing to the growth of the Philippine economy.
